Biography: Michael Taliercio is a partner with Law Firm Carolinas licensed to practice in North Carolina, New York and Massachusetts. A focus of Michael’s practice is the representation of community associations, and he regularly advises his community association clients on issues including governance, director and members meetings, collections, contract disputes, real estate, and bankruptcy. He has represented hundreds of community associations across the state of North Carolina on all these types of matters and more. Michael is also a Professional Registered Parliamentarian and the current president of the American College of Parliamentary Lawyers. He has served as a parliamentarian to numerous professional associations and labor unions around the country, such as the NEA, ANA, IBEW, NTEU, ENA and others. He greatly enjoys serving as parliamentarian at large meetings and regularly assists at conventions with thousands of participants. In addition, Michael provides parliamentary training for organizations across the country, and was a presenter at the National Association of Parliamentarians 2022 National Training Conference. | |||||
