Brad Jones joined Black, Slaughter & Black in 2017, and generally focuses his practice on real estate transactions. He has extensive experience with residential, commercial and industrial real estate transactions in both North Carolina and South Carolina. In addition, Brad has assisted clients in civil litigation matters at the state and federal levels, estate planning matters, business and corporate law, and land use and zoning matters.
Brad has overseen the closings for thousands of transactions in the Carolinas, aided in the preparation, revision, and interpretation of countless contracts and agreements, and provided clients with guidance and counseling on the same.
Brad is a contributor to the South Carolina Drone Task Force action committee, and serves as an assistant legal officer to the North Carolina Wing of the Civil Air Patrol (U.S. Air Force Auxiliary).
