Attorneys Added to Charlotte Office

I’m pleased to announce that two attorneys with a focus on real estate and HOA/condo law have joined the Charlotte office of Law Firm Carolinas.

Elizabeth Holloway practices real estate law and assists individuals, developers and entities with commercial and residential negotiations, refinancing, and closings. She received her J.D. from the Capital University Law School in 2001. Elizabeth has also become quite the expert on Non-Public Private Information (NPPI) under the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and regular speaks to lawyers and other professionals on the new requirements and best practices. Issues surrounding the protection of Non-Public Private Information and “personally identifiable data” are becoming a big deal for real estate attorneys, Realtors®, community associations (homeowner and condominium associations), and management companies.

David Wilson

David Wilson practices community association (homeowner and condominium association) law and residential real estate closings. He received his J.D. from the Charlotte School of Law in 2010, where he served on the Law Review. David is also an Eagle Scout, and prior to becoming an attorney obtained his Masters of Arts in Teaching and was a North Carolina public school teacher.
