Biography: Grace Berger represents builders, buyers and sellers, investors, lenders, and real estate brokers across North Carolina and South Carolina for their real estate legal needs. Prior to practicing law, Grace worked as an International Tax and Wholesale Banking consultant. This background garners a unique compliance focused and financial lens to Grace’s real estate practice. Grace graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida before returning home to South Carolina. Grace earned her M.B.A. from the Moore School of Business and J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she also served as an Editor of the Law Review and a Student Body Representative. | |
