Shannon grew up and attended college in Ohio before living in Denver, Amarillo, Chicago, Boston, and now Columbia, South Carolina.   In his free time, Shannon enjoys running, fishing, and spending time with his wife and their two daughters.

Shannon has considerable experience in Real Estate having represented Sellers, Buyers, Lenders, Builders, and Developers in residential and commercial transactions. He began his career in the Chicagoland area practicing real estate litigation, primarily working on matters related to title insurance defense which explored various types of fraud and forgery related to mortgage loan and house purchase transactions. After moving to Boston, Shannon transitioned to transactional real estate which included closings, resolving title issues, negotiating purchase and sale contracts, and drafting various loan documents, easements, and realty trusts.  Shannon joined Law Firm Carolinas in 2022 to continue his real estate practice.
