Biography:
Tyler Williams is a results-driven civil litigation attorney based in the firm's Wilmington, NC, office with a proven track record of successfully managing complex legal matters. He is experienced advocate for clients in a variety of disputes, including divorce, domestic violence protective orders, child custody disputes, child support matters, equitable distribution of assets, alimony, separation agreements, prenuptial agreements, termination of parental rights, abuse/neglect/dependency litigation, criminal matters, and contractual issues. Tyler practices statewide but has a focus on divorce, child custody, and family law matters in the Wilmington, NC, area and surrounding counties, including New Hanover, Brunswick and Pender.
Tyler received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque prior to moving back to Oklahoma to attend law school. After attending law school at the University of Oklahoma, Tyler moved from Norman, Oklahoma to Wilmington, North Carolina to be closer to family and pursue a career in law.
