Biography:
Born in Augusta, Georgia, but raised in the idyllic small town of Greenwood, South Carolina, Keary attended Duke University, graduating with a double major in Public Policy Studies and Economics in 1997. He then received a joint JD/IMBA degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law and Darla Moore School of Business (2004) with an emphasis on property law and real estate finance.
Keary has over 20 years of experience overall in real estate, having been admitted to practice law in the State of South Carolina in 2004. He also has worked in multifamily and commercial development in the Upstate of South Carolina, in commercial banking in the U.S. Virgin Islands, and has experience with hard money transactions from his time spent in the Bakken oil region of North Dakota. He also holds his broker's license with the State of South Carolina.
In his off-time, Keary enjoys cooking for friends and family and snorkeling with his girlfriend off the beaches of St. Thomas and St. John.
