Biography:
Scott was born and raised in Branson, Missouri, earning his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from College of the Ozarks in 1998. Following a successful collegiate baseball career and after a two year stint as a professional player in Europe, he moved to South Carolina to open a landscaping company and start a family. Returning to a passion that he shares with his uncle and cousin, Scott graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2015 and opened his own practice as an Estate Planning and Probate Attorney in Columbia, moving to Law Firm Carolinas in 2023. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar, the Federal District of South Carolina Bar, the Phi Alpha Delta Legal Society, and the South Carolina Elder Law Committee. Scott’s variety of experience brings a common understanding of the circumstances that many individuals and families encounter. When not working, he enjoys family and pets, martial arts, kayaking, and many outdoor adventures.
