Biography:

Jennifer was raised in North Carolina and has had the opportunity to live and work in Courts across the State since her admission to the North Carolina Bar in 2010. Jennifer has a strong background in family law litigation and is committed to representing her clients with compassion and competence in the courtroom, but she also has a full toolbox of Alternative Dispute Resolution options to offer her clients, including mediation, arbitration, or collaborative family law.  Jennifer prides herself on presenting all options to clients for resolution of their family law cases based upon the client’s needs. Jennifer graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2010 and completed her coursework for the Masters in Public History at UNC-Charlotte in 2007.  She earned her Bachelors with high honors from North Carolina Central University in 2005. Prior to joining Law Firm Carolinas, Jennifer has worked both in private practice honing her family law skills and also worked as an Guardian ad litem Attorney-Advocate for Guilford County where she represented and advocated for children in Guilford County who were the subject of abuse, neglect, and dependency actions. Jennifer is a certified Family Financial Mediator and is also certified in Collaborative Family Law. Outside of the office Jennifer enjoys gardening, cooking, reading and playing tennis.  She has three dogs, two of whom she raised through Canine Companions as a part of their service dog program.
