Biography:
Bonnie Braudway is an attorney with Law Firm Carolinas in Wilmington, North Carolina and has been practicing law for over 19 years. Bonnie began her practice in real estate law, including residential real estate closings, and shifted to community association law in 2009. She focuses her practice on representation of community associations, primarily in the areas of collections and general counsel. Bonnie is an active member of the North Carolina Chapter of the Community Associations Institute and speaks regularly at CAI events and to local boards and managers. Bonnie was born and raised in Boone, North Carolina but left the mountains for the beach to attend the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time on the boat with her husband and their daughter, backpacking, traveling, and fostering animals for local animal rescues.
